Biological Resource Centre (CRB) is a scientific interest group composed of five members: the Centre Hospitalier Régional et Universitaire (CHU) of Tours (manager), l’Université François-Rabelais of Tours, l’Etablissement Français du Sang Centre-Atlantique (EFS-CA), the Institut InterRégional pour la Santé (IRSA) and INSERM. The CRB was created through the commitment of its members, including the active participation of Hervé Watier (the CRB was initially funded by one of his projects). “MAb immunotherapy” is one of five scientific themes selected for the CRB and Jacques Chandenier is the current scientific director. Of the 126 ongoing studies involving the CRB, 19 are dedicated to mAbs and are conducted in collaboration with the CePiBAc. In addition, the CRB has close links with CIC 1415 and with the clinical services involved in mAb therapy (oncology, hematology-oncology, rheumatology and gastroenterology…).
