Research Areas:
McSAF develops chemical tools for biomedicines. Our patented technology allows to obtain stable bioconjugates for which the number and the position of the conjugated molecules are known and controlled.
Thus, the ADCs obtained with McSAF’s technology are completely reconstructed and have a DAR of 4 (DAR, Drug-to-antibody ratio).

Skills / Know-how:

McSAF’s field of expertise covers both peptides and therapeutic proteins, but also antibodies, antibody fragments, bispecific antibodies and their conjugates.
Our team has also a great expertise in organic synthesis of small chemical molecules and linkers.
